Service Description
Unsure where to start? This 60 minute deep dive into your current symptoms and health concerns is perfect if you want a professional to talk to outside of a rushed environment. Here we can openly discuss all of your options and possible next steps. We can address any conditions you may have or symptoms that are causing you distress. Together we can assess whether Nutritional Therapy could help you and if functional testing should be a consideration. I will endevour to support you to decide of the most proactive next steps and direct you on how to take action.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours notice is required. If notice is not served, I reserve the right to keep 100% of the fees paid. Consultations will not go ahead if your Health Profile questionnaire is not completed and returned to me by the given deadline. It is important for me to prepare before our appointment so that you get the best out of your time with me. If an appointment has to be cancelled as your questionnaire has not been returned within the agreed timeframe, I reserve the right to keep 50% of fees paid. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Full T&C's available on request.
