Service Description
Please provide a copy of your test results via email to hello@thewellness-way.co.uk, 5 days prior to your appointment date. Failure to do this may result in you session being rescheduled
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment 48 hours notice is required. If notice is not served, I reserve the right to keep 100% of the fees paid. Consultations will not go ahead if your Health Profile questionnaire is not completed and returned to me by the given deadline. It is important for me to prepare before our appointment so that you get the best out of your time with me. If an appointment has to be cancelled as your questionnaire has not been returned within the agreed timeframe, I reserve the right to keep 50% of fees paid. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Full T&C's available on request.
