My Approach
Nutritional Medicine is based on the principle that correct nutrients are required for proper functioning of all biochemical processes on which our bodies depend; that when treating symptoms, we first determine the 'underlying root cause', which is often tied up in nutrition and environmental factors
Do you want someone to give you more than just a 10 minute consultation or 'quick fix' pill?
Your in the right place!

My approach is simple;

I will invest my time and expertise in you with the sole aim of returning you to as good a health as possible. We have the time for me to listen to you; to acknowledge your journey and the experiences that brought you here and provide long term solutions to your health concerns.
In a world where we have the most advanced medicine, its hard to comprehend why we remain a population so chronically sick?

Health or disease comes from a complex interaction of physical, emotional, dietary, genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors.

Chronic illnesses have complex causes, have many risk factors and can often have functional impairment.

A medication will do little to solve the underlying cause of a condition, it will merely suppress the symptoms and allow for the condition to continue to progress in silence.
