About Me

My practice is grounded in the principles of functional medicine, focusing on the biochemical individuality of every client.

After completing my first degree, I continued my studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), where I graduated in Nutritional Therapy.

Alongside this, I also comlpleted training in Herbal medicine, Mycology, Functional testing and Phlebotomy.

Following this, I founded The Wellness Way Nutrition Clinic, where I specialise in digestive health and hormone health.

My curiosity for nutritonal therapy began, like it does for so many practitioners, with my own health journey. In my mid teens, I developed severe psoriasis that seemed to appear almost overnight. Desperate, I tried EVERY potion, cream and ointment to get rid of it. Nothing worked. My confidence plumetted and my skin worsened. As I moved into my early twenties I often experienced recurring IBS symptoms, despite being a fairly 'healthy eater'- mainly bloating, discomfort, low energy and indigestion initially, but, alongide these I developed sporadic but debilitating migraines that continued into my mid-thirties. I simply took the reccomended medication to stop the symptoms and carried on. After I broke my back in 2018, my symptoms understandably got worse and I spent a period of time reliant on pain medications to get through the days. I was miserable and definately not in control of my own health.

Living with these seemingly separate conditions led me to question whether they might be interconnected, and what started as curiosity evolved into a relentless drive to understand, not only the 'why' behind my health issues but also the 'how do I fix it all'.

This journey naturally led me to the principles of functional medicine and nutritional therapy where the focus is on identifying the underlying factors contributing to ill health. By looking at which systems may be under stress, we can see why symptoms have developed, address the underlying imbalances and wherever possible, support the body's natural capacity to heal, through a whole-body approach.

Have you ever reached a point where you're wondering.....
  • Is this really just something I have to live with?
  • Why does my body feel like it's working against me?
  • Why do I keep collecting disagnoses instead of answers?
  • Could all of my symptoms actually be connected?
How much of your life are your symptoms stealing?
If your planning your day around the nearest toilet or cancelling plans becasue your energy has disappeared, accepting medication as your only option becasue nobody has looked deeper or frustrated because 'you've tried everything',  I imagine you have also stopped trusting that you can ever feel well again?
These are the questions that changed everything for me?
Instead of asking, 'How can I get rid of this symptom?'
I asked, Why is my body producing this symptom in the first place?'
This shift is what changes your direction. If you're ready to start asking better questions about your health, I'd love to help. Together we can create e a personalised plan to support your health goals
Book a discovery call today and let's start uncovering the bigger picture behind your symptoms.

My Approach

Nutritional Therapy is based on the principle that the body functions best when it has the nutrients and support it needs to thrive. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I take the time to explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. These can include nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, environment, stress, and other influences.

By understanding the bigger picture, we can create a personalised plan that supports your body, addresses the root causes where possible, and promotes long-term health and wellbeing.

If you’re looking for more than a quick appointment or a temporary fix, you’re in the right place.

My approach is simple:

I take the time to listen to your story, understand your health journey, and work with you to uncover the factors affecting your wellbeing.

Together, we’ll create realistic, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit your life and support sustainable, long-term improvements in your health.
