Once enrolled, I will send you're your Welcome Pack including your first topic to download.

In your own time, and at your own pace, you then have two weeks to listen to my easy-to-follow video where I go through the topic in more detail and give you actionable strategies to implement. 

Every 2 weeks, you will receive another topic download, video explanation and helpful resources on our new topic

Each week we will have a live Q&A session for you to join should you wish. Each topic will have 2 live Q&A weeks before we move on to the next topic. Sessions will be recorded and posted in the group should you not be able to make a live session.

You will also have optional access to to an Exclusive Members Only Facebook group so you can ask questions or get support at anytime of the day
